Development Project Design

I integrate human-centered design into my project-based teaching, and am available to lead workshops in designing ethical and effective approaches to beneficial social change with human dignity at its center.

I have been a Distinguished Fellow of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland and currently lead an undergraduate research team working to build an online, open-access toolkit for development project planners that mainstreams ethics into every stage of the design process.  See my Global Development and Design FIRE stream here.  Also check out the Academy for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland.
